Bookings, Cancellations and Missed Sessions
Where you book a live session, reading, mentoring session, consultation, event, call or appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available at the scheduled time and that you have correctly noted the appointment time in your local timezone.
Session times are usually shown in your local timezone at the time of booking, depending on the booking platform used.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific booking terms, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up until 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be cancelled and refunded in full.
Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not refundable.
Missed sessions, late arrivals or no-shows are not refundable.
If you are late to a session, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled end time.
Digital Products, Courses and Portal Access
Where you purchase or enrol in a course, membership, program, portal, digital resource or online offering, you are purchasing access to the specific inclusions described at the time of purchase.
Access may include, depending on the offer purchased:
Self-paced course lessons;
Digital resources;
Downloadable materials;
Live calls or gatherings;
Recordings;
Transmissions;
Community or portal access;
Membership content;
Sequentially unlocked lessons or modules;
Bonus resources or inclusions.

Payments, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Prices for sessions, courses, memberships, programs, resources and services are displayed at the time of purchase or booking.
Payments must be made in full, or in accordance with the payment plan or subscription terms offered at checkout.
If you enter into a payment plan or recurring membership subscription, you agree to make all payments when due. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the relevant course, membership, program, service, portal or resources.
Memberships and subscriptions may continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase or through the relevant payment platform. It is your responsibility to cancel any recurring subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

Missed sessions are not refundable.
Completed sessions are not refundable.
Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be cancelled and refunded in full.
Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not refundable.
Digital downloads are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
Course access and membership access are not automatically refundable once accessed, except where required by law.
Payment plans and subscriptions remain payable in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue so we can review the matter.
Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
